These terms govern your use of the Cited website and platform. By using them, you agree to these terms.

The service

Cited monitors how AI assistants mention brands, shows which sources they rely on, and recommends actions. Cited does not control AI models and cannot guarantee that any model will mention or recommend your brand.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Yearly plans include a 20% discount. You can cancel at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

Your content

You own the brands, prompts and content you add to Cited, including drafts created with the AI Writer. You are responsible for reviewing drafts before you publish them.

Acceptable use

Do not use Cited to create spam, fake reviews or misleading content, to break the terms of other services, or to access data that is not yours.

Liability

Cited is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell customers by email at least 30 days before it applies.
